I don't usually have the habit of welcoming the new month, unless the previous one sucked or there's something special this month. And indeed, there is! So HEEEEEELLLLLOOOOOO FEBRUARY OF THE LEAP YEAR! This should be a prettttyyy fun month, I think. & I hope! 17 days to SUPER SHOW 4, 18 days to Mommeh's birthday! YESYES ZHIJUN, SUPER SHOW 4 = YER BIRTHDAY, TOO! I remember~ Hehehehe (L)

Oh, I didn't do the "Guess who's going to watch Super Junior live~" thingy in my previous posts yet is it? Ohkay, then.. HEHEHE GUESS WHO'S GNA GO CRAZY WATCHING SUPER JUNIOR DANCE TO BONAMANA & MR. SIMPLE LIVE~ Hahaha irritaing sia.

Am pretty much running late for work but I am just spending the next 15 mins of my life waiting for the yogurt mask to be done, hehehe. Have tried it for 2 days already aaaaand, okay lah can't see instant results (like dooohhh~) but it's definitely lightening the scars on me face, so yay! (:

Also, me face smells like milk all the time now and Idk if my recent daily tummyaches are due to the smell of milk. Like, cus I'm lactose intolerant y'know y'know. HAHAHA what the bullshit I'm talking about, right~ Don't mind me (:

(My cramps are here already, uh-oh. This spells trouble.)

I'll update this space again after a week of yogurting me face, if I don't see the results I'll letcha know. & if my face is still a pimpletown by the end of the week, I'd stop camwhoring & meeting the world!

& the weekends are oveeerrrr.

Body aching as though I gymed for 3 hours & Mommeh realised my body temperature's climbing up after I complained about the cold, cold night it's been. Ah well, we'll see how. Hopefully the fever won't drop by, hopefully the sudden flu will go away too!

My face's undergoing a masssssiiiivvvveeee pimple outbreak and I cannot express just how much I'd like to hide under the blankie and refrain from putting on any makeup nor go anyway until it's fully cleared. I'm practially clogging me pores at least 5 days a week and it's not helping when it's the CNY season and I've been munching on them heaty snacks and fatty food.

Am feeling a lil determined to cut down on oily and fatty food and take in more fruits, trrrrry eating some veggies and drink more fish soup. But it's like, I can almost hear Ping's voice screaming "YOU'RE NOT THE EDWYNA I KNOW!" in my head already, just like the last time I told her I'm not feeling hungry during lunch-time. Hahahaha pffft. What, I'm a monster is it!

Always hear people saying that applying yogurt on the face helps, but does it?! Like what if it worsens it or like I leave it overnight and the ants come crawling to me face, how? Hahahaha aaaahhh so tempted to go to NTUC to get a pack of yogurt now, @ 10:17am.

Oh oh oh maybe I can get it before work tomorrow and try it out on me hands with lemon, hehehe. Spending more time in the office than being awake @ home, some days I think I should even put a wave hoop there so I can use it after lunch or something. Teehee. I can already foresee myself going on a shopping spree for skincare-related stuffs after work tomorrow already, yaaaay hahaha ;)

Kenny said that both my cousin & I looked like hamsters in the 11th photo (count from bottom-up) and he emphasized that it's a compliment, hahahah meanie pls! It's no different from my boss saying that I've got sharp ears (like literally) and it's a good thing because I look futuristic. Like, whaaaaa?! :O Hahahaha futuristic sia, so far I've only heard people saying I've got elf's ears. & NO MY EARS AREN'T POINTY AT ALL. They just look.. weird & awkward on me head. Hahahaha. Yes, if you have never seen me futuristic ears you may once again refer to the 11th photo, counting from bottom-up.

Speaking of hamsters, I wna raise a hamster! Or a bunny/rabbit. But Mommeh's super duper not keen at all, man. Used to have 2 rabbits during primary school but I was so damn scared to carry them.

Me: Momma! Can we raise a hamster?

Momma: No.

Me: How about raising a rabbit or a bunny?

Momma: No.

Me: Mm, then let's raise a child?

Momma: ... yalah you give me a child lah. Easier to raise. Aiya why not you just go raise money or something!

I can't remember the last time I laughed so much that I couldn't even control myself and take a proper photo. Hahaha even the waitress from Nandos (bom dia~) got irritated wimme & Abbs for covering our mouths and laughing while she was taking the photo. I mean, what, I laugh with my mouth uncovered and then look like a donkey in the photo? Hahahaha pfft.

It was really nice meeting up with Mrs Lee after so long, but maybe it's been a lil too long. Hehehe. & these girls, I wurve them to bits. For being Running Man addicts (except Abbs), camwhores (except Naemah) and the funniest + loveliest I've ever ever met.

Having to go all the way to Tampines was all worth it, and I'm thankful for everyone in the above photo. & yes, incluuudddding the Nandos staff. BOM DIA~

It's day 2 of CNY and I'm pretttyyy much done with the major house-visiting for 2012! ;} Off to me uncle's place today, prolly I shall watch RM on his teevee from my hard disk.. or gamble and lose money. Luck's haven't been too good after ytd's game with me cousins, only during the last 3 rounds I'd blackjack and won some cash, teehee. But still.. :/

I'm actually feeling so so tempted to head to Paragon's gym for Sh'bam & BodyJam @ 1pm before going to my uncle's place, hahaha am I nuts or what! It's no wonder Mary calls me Gymgirl91, meeeeh. Mommeh's gna scream if I tell her about it, like "WHO THE EFF GOES TO THE GYM ON CHINESE NEW YEAR, YOU TELL ME?!?" hahahaha it's quite funneh to watch her reaction actually.

Feel like having fried eggs and breakfast but the thought of having to clean up makes me oh-so-lazy to even step into the kitchen, hahaha pui. & so I shall.. starve and watch RM while waiting for the world to wake up. Yay me (:

I'm pretty much perspiring like a mad cow while typing this and it's making me oh-so-grumpy. Plans to burn calories backfired the moment I got outta the gym and found myself standing right at the entrance of Burger King, meh!

Didn't manage to get Super Show 4 tickets and I'm feeling pretty bummed. Well, not to the extent of wanting to cry but just sian. Afterall, it's their last concert before enlistment (just like Rain's last year~) and I really do want to catch them live. Could've purchased the ticket for a seat allllll the way @ the back but I'm simply feeling a lil too picky. Could've gotten the PEN ticket right over the phone this morning but I was contemplating between that, and the ticket @ the arena that someone's offering me @ original price.

I'm praying so so hard, that it's not a scammer because I might just cry after that. Cry, because I'd let go of tickets I could've gotten for something that isn't real. So pleaaaase, bless me. Or if any of you out there have got friends who're selling SS4 tickets (either the standing or Arena tickets) for 18th Feb simply because they can't make it or they've got extra, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LEMME KNOW (L)

Ushering in CNY.

So I went to the salon @ 8.30am this morning with the idea of re-coloring my crown since it's all black. Stepped in, and when my hairdresser asked what I wanted I started telling her about going for a shade of brown such that under certain light it looks a lil red and at the same time, purple! Hahahaha pfft fickle_gal91 is yours truly~

Pretty worried that it'll come out a disaster after the hairdresser showed me the hair color chart but the end result looked nothing like the sample! In fact, a whole lot darker like, maroon-ish brown hahahha.

I don't know if Imma regret it someday (prolly I would when people start telling me this is sucha inappropriate color for someone in the svcing line or whatsoever) but til that day comes (like, maybe tomorrow?), I'm totaaaaally loving it! :D

Haven't bought another pair of heels/boots + lippy for CNY and I'm actually not too worried cus I prolly can easily find them. The headache is having to slim down, 1 week left!! Bodyjam @ 3.30pm, yay to burning some calories and making sliigggghhtt progress in losing those fats!

I have replayed this video above for 6 times in total and am totally loving it not any bit lesser than when I first watched it! Admire their guts so much & although it's totally crazy and people are watching @ the store, but who cares! What matters is the fact that they were happy being insane and every single time I watch this video I can feel that extremely-positive energy.

Looking at how the fast-paced and demanding society is slowly turning everyone into monsters or people we've all swore we'd never become, how nice if time would come to a standstill or slow down for a while. Slow enough for everyone to just inhaaaaale, aaaaand exhale. & maybe, go out there and do something gutsy, crazy, whatever that makes us all happy. #ohitrhymes~

Oh and btw, I'm really sorry but please do pardon me if I haven't been replying your text/whatsapp/fb/twitter msges simply because I'm too lazy to reply and then I totally forgot about it in the end or something. But if it's really impt and urgent, pinkie promise to reply it ASAP hehehe.

I had a pretty blessed Thursday and I'm really thankful, that apart from the crazy spidey-attack around my desk that just took place half an hour ago (swear my hands were trembling hahahaha) my Friday the 13th hasn't been anything near topsy-turvy. In fact, a whole lot better than I expected it to be. So.. yay :D

Getting the crown of my head re-coloured this Sunday because the black roots are fugly, I swear! & hehehe am totally considering re-colouring my hair to a lil more.. brown with a tinge of red under the sun because I've always wanted to give it a shot. Then again, I'm feeling pretty worried it'll come out a disaster cus of skin tone, hm. Actually, would love to be a lil more daring and go for a more obvious red but I doubt my job allows me to have such hair colour. Momma tried convincing me to get my hair curled but naaah, I don't think I'm ready for curly hair yet! Prolly when I'm close to turning 21 in September then consider barh. Hhehehee.

These nights I've been heading to bed at 1ish to 2 and having to wake up at 7 every morning, I can already see an ugly shade of black smacked right under my eyebags. Maybe I shall sleep earlier tonight, after my dental appt. Maaaaaybe.

Impromptu decision to head down to town for CNY shopping followed by heavy dinner @ Tampopo yesterday! Managed to get 3 dresses + a turtleneck sweater + a pair of shoes to match of the dresses & I'm preeeetty satisfied with what I've bought!

Supposed to head to Editor's Market @ Orchard Central after work to get this particular dress that Mommeh saw in the magazine & maaaaaybe tomorrow, I shall. Then drop by ION to hunt for more dresses & get myself another lippy teehee mwaaaacks. Oh & I wna get some books from Kino too but I don't think I'd have the time tomorrow nor Tuesday, when I'm going for my gym @ Paragon. MEH.

Not to mention I'm supposed make one of the nights free for CNY deco shopping with Momma @ Chinatown after work since it's ohsonear~

Oh man, 24 hrs seriously isn't enough for a day blaaarrggghhh :/

Speaking of gym, skipped it today because of the oh-so-torturous cramps & though I'm feeling pretty bummed that the time-of-the-month came today, but come to think of it I've to be thankful it didn't pay me a visit on a weekday! If not, I'm gna be so damn screwed @ work. Or imagine if it's here during CNY, fwah I swear the lunar new year would suck balls.

From tomorrow til next 2 Sundays from today, I'd have to refrain from eating lotsa mah favourite food & cut down on the amount of food intake because it's Operation: CNY! Fwah if I don't start eating less I'm gonna look like I'm carrying a huge mandarin orange in the belly & that's terrible, siggghh. Like what people say in hokkien - "Ai swee mai mia", or "要美不要命" in chinese. Or, "No Pain, No Gain" in english. Hehehe.

Not a very good Friday morning for me but I hope all's better for you guys.

So the stupid train decided to travel at slow speed and stopped every 2-3mins for another 1-2mins throughout the journey, seriously couldn't take it and I'd to alight @ Toa Payoh to cab to work since I've to open the door. & yes, Ang Mo Kio to Toa Payoh took me forever. Joke.

Boarded the cabbie and the uncle was like "dlkfjsbdlfjkabeldjbasl don't take this road we go by another road okay?", like how would I know which is better? Then I was like "okay, anything" and then he took a longer way urrgggh.

“Uncle, 这条路。。。会塞车吗？”

“会啦。。。不用紧的。”

Thankfully there wasn't any jam at all! If not I'd jump outta the cabbie and run to work or something already hahaha pfft.

It's as though Friday the 13th came a week earlier but who knows, next Friday it could be hell. Am still not feeling quite settled down though more than an hour has passed. Feeling the need to vent some morning anger - to scream or to take someone's head and push right into the wall, hahaha. Really should avoid talking to me colleagues for now, the emotional-bomb in me is ticking away and I can feel myself on the verge of snapping at anyone who doesn't make sense today.

As much as I hate how Wednesdays tend to screw my mood up the most as compared to the remaining 6, I am very much thankful that it always seems to end on a very, very lovely note.

& well, ytd night could possibly be the best-est-est (hahahah) Wednesday night in the past few months. Or to put it in another way, my first Wednesday night of 2012 was terrific :} Another splendid session at the gym followed by Mushroom Swiss burger from BK aaaaaaaand, teehee a goodbye greeting from me eyecandy. Well... can't really tell if the last point was good or bad since I was like stuffing myself with onion rings & I prolly looked horrid, as always~ Hahahaa.

Oh btw! The newly-opened Burger King outside AMKhub is freeeeeaking 24/7 zomgahhhh! This means.. breakfast @ 6 or 7ish after sending Don to school, yessssah! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, BURGER KING.

I have visited the gym for 3 consecutive days, if this was The Sims or Snoopy's Street Fair I would already be gaining monneh or items for such achievement. One more session this Sunday, after accompanying Don for his electone lesson. I shall let me legs rest for the next 3 days, then!

.. the girl who cried a river and drowned the whole world. & since we're all made up of at most 75% water, I actually am convinced that if I were to be utterly devastated I could cry a least 25% of that 75%. Hahaha, numbers ahhhh.

As it is, my personal record was.. a puddle. From one eye, hahahahaha. Well, that was as observed and described by me best friend. Prolly I've cried more than that, but I've never been that boliao to go collect the tears and measure #siaomeh

Back to work tomorrow and I'm feeling so.. urgh-y because of what happened last week, hahahaha tomorrow it's gna be earphones in & music up. If I could hide my head underground I would definitely do so, trust moi. Hahahaha OH MAI GAWD going into panic-&-paiseh mode just thinking about it again. As much I would like to adopt the whatever-happens-there-stays-there kind of attitude, it's easier said than done.

Hello everybody, blessed 2012!

Here's wishing every single one of you a great year ahead with an overwhelming abundance of surprises & joy, good health, good wealth, good looks and good food :} HUAT AH!

Did a recording of the Christmas medley the last time for Daddy & he loved it, teehee. So as requested, I did another recording to welcome the new year! Kinda think this song (above) represents the celebratory mood zee best because of the very-popular Carlsberg commercial which used this song.

Speaking of Carlsberg, supposed to be drinking last night but I totally stayed away from alllllll sorts of alcoholic stuffs! Hahaha was suffering from a pretty uncomfy tummy the whole of yesterday due to the pretty crazy (in a bad way, possibly) drinking session the night before. Hahaha reached home way past me drinking curfew so Mommeh was like dkshfbldskhfvdslfhlkaldhavlsdhbldjbjsdlfjkweb smses. #suxtobemesigh

Caught the fireworks @ Marina Bay with Daddy and Don last night and it was spectacular. Maybe that isn't even the best word to describe those fireworks, but I super duper loved them. I love fireworks so much I wish I could get proposed to under a fireworks display #sillyme. Of cus, that is if I find a partner first isn't it. Hahahaha pfft.

Satisfying and filling dimsum breakfast with Mommeh and zee boys this morning to kick-start our first family breakfast in 2012! If your first meal of the year is good, you'd be blessed with good food all year round so yay we! In 2011, we had dimsum breakfast too @ Peach Garden but this time we drew lots and picked our all-time favourite- Swatow Seafood Restaurant! Hopefully when 2013 comes we could try something else. Maybe western, since Don's not really a fan of dimsum.

I was just looking back @ my new year post in 2011 and it's.. face-palm. Because everyone looks so goonz in the photos hahahaha OH MAI GAWD. But resolutions for 2012? I think it's pretty much the same- to be happy, to be healthy, to be prettier and cuter (hahahaha) yada yada. But I can't help it if these are simply the only things that I wish for in life.

I have, well, been too emotional for my own good. And strange enough, every December is a period of emotional train-ride for yours truly so by the time the new year strikes, the first on my list would be for myself to be stronger, emotionally. In terms of being healthy.. hahaha eating more veggies have never been in the list and neither would it be this year too! I'll leave me health to the fruits and exercise, and yes prolly more plain water.

In 2011, though there were just so many heart-breaking and tear-jerking events for me myself and I.. I am too, thankful for the people who'd given me lotsa great memories & great food! And this year, I only hope that all the friendships forged along the years would maintain. If not, strengthen. I must admit and apologise that due to many reasons, along the way I have gave up a few but those, I won't look back and miss.

The biggest change in the year of 2011 would be the jump of my weight, from the usual 46-48kg to 51-52kg. Mommeh blames marathons and gym sessions because it kinda expanded me bones. What to do, what to do? I will only hope that this weight issue doesn't escalate and me thighs don't become thunderous, hahaha wouldn't want me thighs to have the "slap-slap" sound effects ew :/

I think me parents have been very, very supportive of whatever choices and plans I've made in 2011 and for that, blessed_is_moi. Unlike others, I can't wish my parents have a happy and long-lasting marriage blahblah but simply for everyone in family to be healthy and happy. And, everyone to make more time for family gatherings, be it with Daddy or Mommeh (:

OH AND YES MOST IMPORTANTLY, I hope I'd be a teeeeny weeeny prettier this year HAHAHA #shameless Wooookay lah I hope all of you would be better-looking too (but I'll be prettiest kay, Shihui?) hahaha, if I were to hear someone say something this shameless I would thunder-slap them with me thighs. But aw please don't slap moi (:

This week is coming to an end & so is 2011! I'm pretty much praying for something awesome (that isn't really a biggie, actually) to take place when the new year strikes but I doubt it'll happen! Then again, some days I amaze/shock/embarrass myself by doing the craziest things when I'm feeling gutsy. Well, we'll see (:

Shifted out of the temporary office this afternoon & went back to Ann Siang Hill! Goodbye, super-duper-awesome-sambal-fried-rice-which-I-had-for-two-days-straight and the yummeh Ang Ku Kueh aaaaand, oh and the siew mai which I've been dying to eat but the uncle's like MIAing. & helllooooooo, everything yummeh @ Maxwell Food Center!

I am actually gna miss the spacious pantry & chit-chatting during toilet sessions since there're two cubicles hehehe. But the new office is just plain lovely, aaaaand super cosy. Except that there ain't two toilet cubicles but heck, I love every other comfy thing there ^^

& so the day didn't turn out too bad. Things here and there but I pulled through by creating joy outta me own pathetic situations. I am very, very thankful for the strength provided by whoever-is-up-there. Could be Grandma, for all I know~ Day ended with a really awesome 2-hrs gym session with me eyecandy. He was practically standing almoooost right beside me today, fwah swear life has never been better. Didn't see him on the train home, though. A lil meh but... neh. Hahaha, contentment ;)

Looking at how Wednesdays have been topping the charts for "the suckiest day of the week", I'm really not surprised that I end up facing shitty situations. More of less prepared but still hoping that it won't be thaaaaat bad. Do your thang, Wednesday. Bring it on and ruin me day, aight!

Hello, world.

It's been a pretty tough and rough week to get by, and as much as I was already expecting stuffs to happen this week and totally dreading it, these things that came knocking on my door was definitely crazier than what I expected.

I have nothing much to say about what's happened the past few days except that indeed I've erred & despite overwhelmed by a whole chunk of emotions coming from all sides, I am more disappointed with myself than anyone can be. The fact is, if I never made the mistake, all these wouldn't have happened wouldn't it? Momma & Ping tried convincing me that I am being a little too hard on and demanding of myself but.. idk.

It was.. a painful experience, definitely. Painful because for a moment I felt like giving up all that I wanted to be. Painful because for a moment I almost heard a voice in my head saying that maybe this isn't for me. And I was shaken. There was this feeling of.. emptiness knowing that all that I ever thought was right could very well be wrong. Because if that's the case, what do I do? Where do I go?

The whole of Wednesday was spent fighting a almost-losing battle with the negative voices in my head. Kinda won when Ping offered me that bite of curry puff... fwah it was so magical that those negative thoughts never seemed to exist hahahaha #omnomnom

Days like these, I'm always thankful for gym. I kinda realised that lately it's becoming a weekly thing - shitty Wednesdays made better by heading for a 2-hr gym session. I love how my gym sessions are arranged on zee best days. Tuesdays, to prepare for a shitty Wednesday. Wednesdays, to get over the shitty Wednesday hahaha. & Sundays, to prepare for yet another week at work. Thank you for the great allocation of Sh'Bam & Bodyjam classes, Fitness First ;)

& thank goodness, it's Friday already. Xmas over zee weekends (& gym on Monday @ Tampines for the aunty with no life)! Please please please, gimme a good Christmas. Meeting up with some of zee old classmates tonight, counting down the hours already! ;)

This week seems to pass a lil much faster, I guess it's because I finally have got more on my plate @ work. & of course it's nice to be busy, I love being busy. There's this kick in being busy such that it keeps one alive, don't you think? Hahahaha. But well, when my bosses return next week.. I'm not surprised I go back to having lesser to do, & it sucks more when me bosses are sitting right behind me.

Went xmas shopping with Momma & Don @ VIVO last night! Had to go pressie-hunting because the company dinner's next Tuesday & I ain't got anything yet?!?! Teehee was thinking of buy $20 worth of cutlery or containers so that whoever who gets me pressie can use it @ the dinner! Haahaha #kiamsiapaunty but I managed to buy something within that short time.

Seriously shopping at night is not enough, I need like a day to do it man. Walked into Zara and Pull & Bear and ended up putting back my stuffs on the shelf because I was running out of time! Momma was quite surprised because I'm quite an impulsive consumer, but she's forgotten that VIVO is just one stop away~ I can easily get it anytime hehehehe.

Was very thankful because we initially planned to head to Orchard but decided to go somewhere less crazy and crowded. If not, I would be blogging about the pretty-interesting-but-horrifying encounter on zee train last night.

Though I wasn't there, but I feel for those who were. Especially when it's after-office hours and it's super packed. It was only a few days back when I nearly fainted on my way home because the train was so damn cramped and people kept pushing and squeezing their way in. My long-lost friends, namely 'Giddy Spells' and 'Breathlessness' came visiting and I was so close to blacking out. Thankful that the train arrived @ AMK in time so I ran out white-faced (imagine- chinese zombie) and grabbed a seat nearby.

So after going through this only earlier this week, I think about myself being trapped in the train with all the others last night and I can totally imagine how horrifying the situation was. Think about the elderly, think about the sick, think about the pregnant and think about the weak. What about the frustrations when everyone's panicky and wanting to get out and during the whole time there are those annoying screaming babies or toddlers?

Chaos.

Man.. it's like, half of me is thankful that I wasn't caught in the situation and another half of me wished to be there because I wna witness someone breaking the train window, walk on the train tracks and through the tunnel. Such are, well, once-in-a-lifetime experiences frankly. Ah well.

Hi there, it's been quiiiiittteee a while eh! Hope all of you have been doing great (:

A thousand apologies, been pretty busy dropping dead every single time I reach home from work hahaha. I'll upload more photos prolly tonight, or tomorrow, or Friday night, or over the weekends! No promises~

Went bowling with zee colleagues last Thursday & it was.. hahahaha pretty fun! The entire night I only had ONE strike, reaaaally xiasuay but hahaha at least I didn't swing the ball backwards like the last time I went to play with Mommeh. Phew! Supposed to have another outing tomorrow but it's not confirmed yet if we're going rock-climbing or gonna play pool. Man, Idk how to do booottthhh. Hahaha.

My boss suggested watching Michelle Chong's "Already Famous" but it's.. a chinese movie & I've got colleagues who don't understand chinese. Anyone wna catch that with moi? ;) Been dying to catch that!

Had my last run of 2011 - Standard Chartered Marathon's 21km and I must say that the route reaaaaaally is a killer. All the upslopes were clearly tearing my legs apart! Downslope okay lah, like a shiok only. But seeeeeriously. And we'd to run along AYE which was major upslope at the beginning, too. Felt like jumping off AYE hahaha. K kidding, but I was so scared I'd have giddy spells and fall off AYE though!

Now that my runs for the year of 2011 are over, time to plan for 2012's! If next year's 21km route for SCMS is gna be the same (which I believe it would be), I really will reconsider running that. Last week, I also signed up for next year's Run 350 which is like, 21km so should be quiittteee okay. But I.. too, felt gutsy and prolly crazy so I signed up for Sundown's 42km. Hahahaha, every single time I think about it my heart beats a lot faster. One good thing is that it's a night run so I won't be running under the scorching sun and cursing and swearing. Ah well, jiayou me!

Am considering joining the 12km Zoo Run, too. But I got a feeling Ken's not gna run with me. Oh and the U-Run + Vertical Climb. But then I think about climbing 30-storeys up NTUC building after running 10km, I might as well suicide. #runningsiaoliao

Went gymming ytd and me eyecandy was there, as always~ (: Really makes my day every single time, teehee. Could've spoken to him but I was tooooooo chicken. Every other Tuesday I tell myself that I'd do it the following Tuesday. Well, god knows how many Tuesdays have gone by. Hahahaha. Meh.

X'mas is coming & I'm so so excited! Over what, I have no idea. But I always love Christmas and the entire spirit of it. As it is, we're blasting Christmas songs in the office right now. Super duper love (: Have already prepared my outfit for Christmas this year, I really should get me nails painted soon. Gold/silver.. blue & white.. or red and green?!

I spent a good 10 mins typing away furiously, only to end up ctrl+A & backspacing because it just struck me that sometimes, it's better to shut up.

Bearing this in mind. & come to think of it, I must have woken up from the wrong side of the bed. Days like this I'm only thankful for chocolates & gym @ night.

I miss sitting with my boss and chatting with him, as compared to sitting with my back facing the bosses. Thinking about how I've to deal with this temporary sitting arrangement for the next one month.. somebody kill me please. On a lighter note, I realised my boss actually looks a lil like Lee Dong Gun from Smile Again. Prolly because of the eyebags hahahaha. Oh gosh.. sucha eyecandy. & I used to super-love that drama ;)

Came back from the gym earlier today feeling so satisfied because the workout class was fantastic! Always loved Steve Aoki's Turbulence and it was in today's track-list ^^ & well, teehee eye-candy was there. He's prolly there all the time, Idk. Hahaha dear eye-candy, why you forever this cute? I hope that one day I'd catch you at the gym with outbreaks or something so you'd be less cute. #mentalmoment Have I mentioned that the eye-candy is like, pretty much older? Sigh, where have the good-looking young men gone~

Finally filtered and resized all the photos to be uploaded on FB! So far I've only uploaded up to day 3, oh man 4 more days of photos to go. The internet connection's like, unbelievably slow today so the uploaded for the 4th album stopped halfway, uggghhhh.

Managed to pick some out of the 200 over photos taken in day 2! Day 2 was spent catching the breath-taking scenery @ Jeju Island's Sunrise Peak, followed by yummy BBQed pork lunch with rice wine (shiiiooookk), then visiting the orange plantation, trick art museum, teddy bear museum, green tea museum aaaaand the glass gastle.

Oh oh oh and we went yachting too! Man, the crew on deck are like.. super hot. But that's when they've got their shades on. I have no clue what they look like without zee shades, like what if one of them's a liiiiil cock-eyed? Hahahaha. Meh, I don't care~

Arrived back in SG ytd midnight after 7 great days over in Seoul & Jeju Island, South Korea. 說長不長，說短不短, being such a big country, I didn't really get to tour around South Korea since a whole lot of time was wasted on bus journeys here and there. Getting from one place to another is really not as convenient and a location that requires a one-hour bus journey is considered near. In SG, it's faaaaar as hell.

But it's a really beautiful country and if possible, I'd love to spend a month or so there, roaming around the streets of Korea and experiencing more of the lifestyle and culture there. The past 7 days were spent visiting one tourist attraction after another, lovely but not enough. It'd be great if I could go back to Korea in Spring to catch the cherry blossoms but well.. see how.

Omgaaaahh I have 1000+ photos to resize and it's gna take me at least 4 days to organise them and put them in proper albums. Thankfully I've managed to finished resizing the photos taken on the first day, at least I'll have photos for this wordy post, yay (: I better get started on resizing the photos for 2nd day once I'm done with this post, 2nd day is like.. photo-heavy because we went to the Teddy Museum! FUCKING CUTE PLACE I WNA HAVE AT LEAST ONE WEDDING PHOTO TAKEN THERE EVEN IF I'M MARRYING MYSELF.

Good Friday morning!

Don just turned 9 yesterday & I swear he was so annoying! Well, yet lovable. Apparently he went around telling everyone in class one-by-one that it's his birthday. His fats are making him so thick-skinned!

Don: So ah, I went to the basketball court to find Chinyong (another fatty in his class but the fair version of Don) because he's always there. Then I said "Eh! Chinyong! Come here.. psst, I got a secret to tell you. It's.. my birthday.

Me: So what did he say?

Don: He said WHOA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Then.. he just nod his head to me and went to play.

Major tard! And he even announced to the whole class "Whatever you all want to eat, I buy give you!" hahahaha the kids must have thought Christmas came early. And some of them really asked for nuggets! Too cute all these kids.

We were at Pizza Hut for dinner last night and Don realised there wasn't any cake and all that so he was pretty sad. Then he decided to whisper in my ear "Psst, Jie.. Can you spread to the family that you all haven't sing birthday song and cut cake?" HAHAHAHA he's really quite stupid because he was whispering really loud so Mommeh heard it. I seriously hope as he grows another year older he becomes smarter :/

It's been quite a lovely week because I finally met up with Zhijun for a pretty yummy dinner near my workplace (due to overwhelming request) and not to mention she got lost hahhaha. Ordered the pizzas @ Shots Cafe and I'm already craving for it already! Ah well, 2-mins walk and I can get to eat it anytime. Teehee.

Since I skipped gym on Tuesday for Zhijun I made sure I got my tired ass (after a pretty crazy 2-hr badminton session with me colleagues) down to AMK's Fitness First on Wednesday with Mommeh! Afterall, it'll be the last gym class for the week so if I'd to skip it I'd be very, very upset. Body was aching all over until today because I'm sucha weakling but it's all worth it! I enjoyed every single bit of the 2-hr gym class and I'm gna miss not gyming for a week :/

Flying off tonight & I'm kinda excited! Can't be 100% excited because things start screwing up everytime I'm looking forward. But I really am already counting down the hours to knocking off from work and heading home to leaving the house with Mommeh & Don :} It's gna be a looooonnngggg day when I'm counting down, I'm sure.

Good Monday morning, folks!

Didn't get to go to the gym last Wednesday with Mommeh because she suddenly fainted at home and got sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in the afternoon. Really scared the hell out of me when I recevied the call at work. And it's really freaky but my phone suddenly just died and blacked out for the very first time when my phone had like 70+% battery life. & it was the same time when Don tried to call me from home the moment Mommeh fainted.

Hahahaa cried like mad when we saw each other because she thought she was gna die and I thought too, that she would leave us. Though she's not even 50 but heyheyhey, life's fragile. And not being able to breathe isn't something to be taken lightly.

When this incident happened, I kinda realised that there are actually so many more serious things in life to be sad about. In this case, losing my loved one. I felt silly being sad earlier that very morning over something that should be easily forgotten and gotten over, hahaha. So... no more.

Earlier this morning she complained of giddy spells and breathing difficulty again.. really worrying. She should be resting now and I hope she's feeling a whole load better.

Met up with bestie for drinks on Friday night but it sucked big time. Entirely my fault, something just wasn't right in the head hahahha a gazillion apologies! Hopefully when I'm back from Korea next weekend I'd have gotten my head fixed ;)

Lerk Thai @ Centrepoint with Andy on Saturday night was just super duper yums! I must say that the standard's a whole lot better than Bali Thai and Thai Express. Or maybe it's that branch that has yummy food.. Idk. But it was really an enjoyable dinner thanks to the company and the scrumptious dishes. As usual, I'll post the photos up when I'm home later tonight.

Collected my new passport earlier this morning (after queueing outside the building for 1hour sigggghhh) and gotta make a trip down to the travel agency later at noon! Can't wait for this weekend cus I'm flying off to Korea finally teeheehee. Praying hard for nothing else but a safe trip to and back. I think that's most important ;)

Just finished packing half of the things we'd be bringing to Korea in 2 weeks' time, sigh I swear traveling in Winter stinks. Bought passport covers, additional luggage and my own hand-carry backpack! 3 things off the to-buy list, & a whole lot more to settle.

Didn't go to the gym today because of the briefing over @ the travel agency, MEH I swear I won't go to Chinatown unless necessary. It's so damn crowded I don't even get why.

Back to work tomorrow & the happiest thing would be me waking up and realising there's gym tomorrow night. Whoopeee ;) Gotta remember to head to the money changer @ Lucky Plaza tmr before heading to Paragon to enquire about the exchange rates. Heard they're offering the best rates or something! Really hope so~

Alright, my updates came an entire week later. Sorry, guys! ;)

Dressed up as Mario for work on Monday! Hahahaha just felt that maybe I should dress up on the actual day itself while the world got themselves covered in make-up and costumes over the weekend. Who cares if it's a working Monday as long as you've got an appropriate costume? Hehehe & so I chose a very safe one - Mario! Was lacking the moustache, though. Meh :{D

Halloween's on a Wednesday next year! I've got this idea to dress up as a Street Fighter character next year, hm. & nope, not Chun-Li or Sakura! It's... Blanka or Akuma. Hahahaa cool huh ;)

The past one week's been preeeeetty busy, which is good because time would fly by a whole lot faster when we're busy! But being busy also sucked out all my energy. As it is, I'm not a very energetic person so when that pathetic amount of energy left got sucked out I end up going home and dropping dead every single night. Every other morning I find myself wondering how & when the hell I fell asleep.

Of course, despite being a walking zombie (well, almost) I took time off for the usual gym sessions. I mean, I wouldn't want to be tired aaaaand fat, right! Hehehe. Bestie joined me for Sh'bam on Tuesday & I was so glad he came along! Fun whaaaaat. When Abby comes back Imma bring her along for the awesome possum gym classes, too ;) No BodyJam today because of the Hari Raya classes, sian TTM really. But thankfully there was this new Zumba class @ Cathay in the evening so I got my fat ass there. Zumba is more of the latin-inspired dance workout and it's.. alright but maybe because it's so new I'm not really used to it, yet.

Spent yesterday @ Jurong Bird Park with Momma & Don and ended up coming home with 6 mozzie bites, ugh damn! But it was a nice day out though, Momma loves bird-watching and Dondon & I love excursions. Quite cute because the first thing that welcomed us was the sight of two parrots making out and one other parrot looking super duper awkward. Forever alone, like me~ Hahahhaa.

Got our flight settled and I'm flying off to find Rain on the 19th this month! Hehehe nah, not like I could sneak into their army to find him, sigh. The next two weeks will be crazy because of the packing of luggage and whatnot. As much as traveling during winter is fun, I really dislike having to carry all that thick winter clothing... sigh.

Gotta head down to the travel agency tomorrow noon so I'll have to give Sh'Bam & BodyJam a miss.. BIG-ASS SIGH. I was still thinking if I should head to AMKhub's class or Paragon's one since the the classes are taking place at the same time. But now, can totally forget about it )': Damn you travel agency for having the briefing at 2pm tomorrow! :{

Ah well, at least tomorrow's Monday and it's a holiday woooooo~ & when I head back to work on the first working day of the week I'd be looking forward to gym, teeheehee.

Hm, just remembered that the most retarded friend of mine is enlisting this week.. siaaaaaan.

What a pleasant Thursday it's been. Well, so far.

My 1-week leave application got approved so.. helloooooo Korea! If I could choose, frankly speaking I'd pick Japan or Hong Kong still but ah well. I cannot express just how thankful I am that my bosses said okay to my "technically speaking, cannot" request, really. They're so kind and for that I will spend my next 10 years serving this lovable company.

Hahaha, nah kidding. But I seriously am thankful and can't love them enough for their kindness ^^

Since Mommeh hasn't booked the tickets, who knows in the end we'll end up in Hong Kong? Heehee. & though I'm happy that it's been approved, we're kinda worried that I might risk not returning in time for my Standchart run that's taking place on 4th December. Or, I might not be able to perform on the 26th of November if we were to fly a week earlier. It all really depends on the package we're taking and stuffs, sigh.

Ah well, see how!

Received another piece of good news just a few hours back, but I'm like wondering if it was a prank call hahahah I shall wait for the person to call back simply because he said he would to confirm the other details.

So there's Sh'bam & Bodyjam @ Paragon at 2pm but nope, I'm at home helping Don with his revision for tomorrow's maths paper. Hahaha then again, it'll be quite silly if I go to the gym in the afternoon aaaannddd again with Mommeh tonight, eh? #wherehasmylifegoneto

Bought Michael Bublé's Christmas album earlier this morning when I heard it playing at the dvd store! Just love his voice too much & well, Christmas songs are always nice. It's about 2 months away from Christmas but meh, I don't care! These songs are so gna get into my playlist ;)

So last night kinda sucked, and I can't really explain why. It just wasn't as great as it was supposed to be, and well, maaaaaybe because my cramps came visiting halfway through gym. I swear if my cramps had a life I'd kill it 2,510 times sigggghhh.

Speaking of which, my cramps are back as I'm typing this. Ugh damn you ):

I shall.. have a yummy brownie & hope the pain would go away. Finished 1 out of 4 boxes because it's just too yummy. Oh sinful, so sinful.

Have I ever mentioned just how much I love my Sundays? It's always a day spent doing my favourite things, a day spent being happy. & as usual - eyeeeecaaaanddddyyyy ;) Hahaha.

Haven't selected my song for 26th November and I'm kinda freaking out because I can't make up my mind. Shortlisted 3 songs but I'm worried that I might screw up my decision. Oh man.. But that aside! New song taught today & I can't waaaaait to play the entire piece. More of the bossa & jazzy feel, really different from what I've been playing all these while teehee ^^

Bodyjam as usual today, but the feel just wasn't right somehow and I can't seem to figure out why. Maybe it's the songs, or maybe it's the eyecandy. Hahahahahaha. Nah, I hope not. Ah well, prolly next week's session would be better ;)

Today, I kinda realised that instead of spending my time wondering if things would ever go the way I hoped for, might as well sit back and let the little bits and pieces of surprises come and make my day.

Saturday! My weekend has been pretty lovely since last evening & I can't be more thankful.

Past few days @ the office was spent not only doing the usual liaising work but too, doing art & craft for an ongoing project. & frankly speaking, I totally suck at all those cutting-and-sticking work since I picked up the scissors for the first time. So it took much longer than it should for me to cut out the pieces of flowers, glue them together and piecing 10 sets of them up to form a Hawaiin Lei.

Super happy when I finally finished the entire product, hahaha my boss actually took it around and wanted to make people wear it. Oh, what joy.

Dinner @ Watami, Raffles Place after work! Hahaha realised that it's actually the Jap restaurant @ ION that I swore I'd never dine at after one disappointing experience. But the one @ Raffles isn't too bad, actually! Good food, good service. Ooookay and partly because it was good company, too (: Totally enjoyed my evening.

Spent today paying my cousin and my little 2-month-old niece (who's super adorable~) a visit, the evening wandering around Chinatown and having dinner @ The Mouth Restaurant. I kinda grew up eating there when it used to be located @ Century Square. Years later it shifted and I thought it disappeared in Singapore, like many other of my favourite dining places. Found it near my workplace and thought maybe I should drop by with Momma and Dondon today (:

Still as good as ever, and the price pretty reasonable. But.. if I were to choose somewhere with good food, good service and affordably priced... I guess I'd choose Granny's @ Raffles Place over anywhere else.

Electone tomorrow and I haven't selected a song, yet! Looking forward toward to a Sunday just as lovely as yesterday & tomorrow. If not, better! But I shan't be greedy, hehehe. & yes, hope you all have been enjoying your weekends as much as I have, too. Goodnight, you all ^^

Good Friday Morning, world!

It's been a while since my last update but then again, what's new to update? My life revolves around - gym, work, work, gym, electone classes etc.

Well, at least work has been picking up quite a lot of me and I think I am blending in pretty well here already! Or maybe I'm being.. delusionally positive? Teehee. Nah. At this point of time I must say that I absolutely love my colleagues cus they've been really helpful and patient since I pretty much know nuts about design, printing and I have never ever done account servicing. Oh, & they are freaking funny which makes me love them 2 million times more!

Momma's intending to go on a trip to Korea and been asking me to go but.. sounds damn exciting but WTHECK I'M ON PROBATION DAMMIT. Imagine I go on this damn trip and I end up failing my probation, then how?

I kinda thought about it and.. ah well if it really happens, I'll let it be. Then I'll take it as a good 3 months training and exposure. Things happen for a reason, don't they? & so I took my chance and asked my boss this morning during the very-casual catch-up over MSN since he's over @ HK. It was really sweet of him to find out how I've been coping and whatnot, I'm thankful (:

Daddy was intending to take me and the boys to Las Vegas this January which is.. pretty impossible. The boys prolly won't go but if I could, I would. Frankly speaking, all these travelling plans came a lil too late. I should be doing all these when I was done @ Jurong East. #momanddadwhyyoulikethat

He didn't turn down my request like immediately but told me he's to discuss with my other boss and lemme know. I was so afrad he'd go into hooligan-mode and tell me off cus I think too that I really deserve to be shot dead for taking leave during the probation. I'm quite sure my other boss would be pretty displeased to know that I spoke to him directly instead of her, that's number one, and that I'm actually taking leave. And not to mention my other, other boss. He's a really nice mentor, but I got a feeling he wouldn't be happy to know, too. #Lifewithtoomanybosses.

Finally, time for a quick update!

Friday was a really terrible day to get by because my cough was sucha pain I swear. Hahaha some of me colleagues in the office were really sweet and offered lozenges and they kept asking me to see a doctor and so I did! ;D

Still coughing like mad, but there's not so much phlegm anymore so.. yay (: I freaking hate this damn cough because the more I cough, the more breathless I get, the more breathless I get, the more I cough. What in the world, man.

It's been pretty warm tonight & I'm totally dying for a cold glass of rose syrup but nope, I got myself a warm glass of pipa-gao instead. I spent last night coughing and tearing and tearing and coughing (oh, and having reallllyyy weird dreams), I'm praying that I can sleep soundly through tonight. Pretty impossible but I hope, still.

There's a mini electone performance/showcase coming November and I've been told to perform too. The last time I actually performed was like what, 15? Super nervous, super excited, super anxious. & the thing is, I have no clue which song to choose yet. Meh :/

Back to work tomorrow, ahhh the weekends seem to fly by a lil too quick these days. Why? But ah well, new week = new adventures = new experiences! Just hoping for a smooth-sailing week ahead. & I hope you all have a great fresh week ahead, too (:

- Kki cafe for awesome cakes & tea

- Free Tea-leafed eggs (me love!)

- It's mid-week, :)

- Gym with Mommeh tonight!

All's been going well and smooth so far this week, the awkward-level has rapidly dropped to close to 50% or maybe lower & so, yay ^^

The cakes @ Kki Cafe are.. alright. Not super duper fantastic and maybe a lil too sweet for me. Idk, I don't really like sweet stuffs that much. I kinda prefer going to TWG for desserts and tea, still. By far the best choice because of the ambience and the really good desserts and tea. Ooookay, and maybe because of that one eyecandy over at the ION branch hehehe.

Well, not really actually.

Speaking of eyecandy, there's this one guy who's always attending AMK's fitness first classes and he's pretty cute. Errr I think he's shorter than me by a teeeeny weeeeny bit, but he's cute. As in, he's got the sunshine face. Y'know, not the hey-everyone-owes-me-money kind of face. I can't really tell how old he is because he looks young but for all I know, he could be like a young-looking uncle. Maaaybe in his mid 30s or something, which is siaaaan.

The good-looking guys I see these days are either younger than me, or waaaaaay older than me. Even the best-looking people in my office are 30 and above, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME ):

It's 3:15pm and I'm counting down the hours to gym teeheehee, juuuust like yesterday, when I decided to go to Paragon's branch for bodyjam & sh'bam too and ended up bumping into me eyecandy wooooo, totally unexpected.

Come to think of it, it's been a while since I had eyecandies hahaha. Maybe because I was too busy focusing on the wrong people hm. Ah well, that's life.

Hello Monday, hello world. How's the beginning of your week been so far?

It's 3+pm and well, so far so good at work! There's more to do today & lunch wasn't so awkward hehehe. Although the office is still same old dark and quiet place where no one really speaks about anything else other than work (sigggghhh...), but at least I'm feeling a lil less shy and frightened today hahaha. Aiya can't help it, I'm most of the time shy. Hahahahahahaa.

Supposed to head to the gym this morning but I was aching all over and my headache came back like a bitch, sigh. As much as I really hope to be at the gym before work, I'd rather not plan because my plans tend to fail at the last minute! Damn sian.

Dreams vs Reality.

Hello, (:

I had a really unreal dream a few days back and woke up thinking that I must have gone crazy thinking about it. But just less than an hour ago, something similar to my dream happened. Not entirely like it but good enough. & I swear, it feels like I'm dreaming. It's the moment when I'm supposed to be happy but I'm not feeling it at all. Too good to be true, hahaha.

But still, I'm thankful. I'm thankful that the lucky stars are shining, I'm thankful that we've been blessed.

& no, it's not what some of you are thinking. Of course, it that really happens I'll be just as thankful. Perhaps, I'd feel just as confused too. Hahaha how nice if that could happen too, right? But nah, better not be greedy. & quite frankly speaking, I've lost hope and gave up along the way (: Because expectations and hopes only brings disappointment.

Anyways! Went for lunch with Daddy and the boys today as Victor's belated birthday treat and we went to Lao Beijing for the very first time. Good food at reasonable prices & good service, too! My entire family's a fan of deep-fried Soon Hock and Daddy almost ordered 2 of the Soon Hock because it's just that good, hahaha. But we stopped him because he already ordered 2 of the very yummy Kung Po prawns on top of the garlic prawns he ordered #likeaglutton Wahlao, everything at Lao Beijing's good man. At least now we found another place to dine at during special occasions already ^^

Week 2 of work tomorrow. As usual, wish me luck y'all. Luck will never be enough so keep wishing hahaha. Project gym-before-work begins tomorrow, too hehehe. Goodnight in advance and have a great fresh week ahead, all you lovely people ^^

Hello Saturday! & hello, all of you too! ;)

This week has gone by pretty smoothly & so far I'm really thankful. Of course there were minor hiccups there and there but these hiccups actually make life so much more interesting. If life's always perfect and beautiful, wouldn't it be too boring and plain? Meh.

Supposed be out tonight but Idk.. poor response and all. So I guess I'll just be home on a rainy Saturday night.. or, I could make my way to the gym and start training for my 21km hehehe. Hello once-upon-a-time gossip partner (you know who you are hohoho), you better start training too wokays! ;)

Knocked out for 10 hours last night & I feel fully refreshed! Planned to mask me face before bed but I fell asleep while watching teevee on the couch. Sucha lazy pig these days.. and Mommeh said I've been sleep-talking a lil more than usual, too. Hahahaha quite funny actually.

Come to think of it.. apart from awkward situations at work and whatnot, life's good. Hahahaha & I've been blessed, all thanks to you, you, you, you and you. Hehehe, I don't even know who the 5 'you's are. But basically, for those who've been in my life, I'm simply thankful for you being around and making my days a lil better than it should (L)

Most of the peeps in the office are out of lunch & I decided maybe I could do an update here since I'm not that hungry today ;)

So, hello hello! How have all you lovely people been?

So far.. all's good at work, I guess. Can only say that things have just begun and so the progress is really reaaaaallly slow. I'm sure it'll pick up soon enough ;) Everyday I get so paranoid about being late for work and I end up being a lil toooo early. It's like, I never learn. Hahaha. Then I tell myself that I could simply drop-off a few stops earlier, grab breakfast then stroll to work and still end up being early but.. every time the bus reaches that particular stop I decided not too. Times like this, I get pissed off with myself to. Hahahaha.

Hm okay fine, tomorrow I shall go get myself breakfast! (#thingsItellmyselfeveryday)

So happy that I made it to the gym last night! Cabbed there since I was running late (NTS: must get used to this Wednesday life) and spent.. 20-plus? Anything for you, sh'bam & bodyjam (L) Hehehe. I kinda realised after the session that it's really essential to take some time off everyday to do something else other than work just to loosen up. Only managed to gym ytd for this week, and the past few days I go home feeling half-dead. Don't even know if I'd be able to make it for gym this Sunday.. & I only have 10 weeks to the 21km run. Omggggg.

& seriously... taking a long bus-ride is no joke. Hahahaha on Monday I wore heels and got flung out of the bus because I kinda tripped while being only half-awake. Instantly woke up (have never been so awake my whole life) and my legs were trembling in shock hahaha. Sigh.. I love-hate bus-rides so much, I swear.

I haven't found the best solution to heading home since it's a one-way road along my workplace so I have a direct bus here but not the bus back. On Tuesday, I walked from my workplace to City Hall interchange & to many it's crazy. Even on the map it's just so so far apart hahaha but apparently it only took me half an hour! I shall try to head to Tanjong Pagar station (which could be less than 10-minutes away) and take a train back. I have no idea where exactly it is, yet.

Oh, bless me.

My boss told me to help him cut a cake yesterday and he kinda joked and said "happy birthday", not knowing that I really celebrated my 20th just a week ago, hahaha. (plays Gwangsoo theme song) & honestly, yesterday was the first time I'd actually divided a cake into parts. Usually it's someone else doing the job because I know I suck at cutting stuffs even before doing it. But well, it didn't turn out too bad so good job, me! Heehee.

This morning, I dreamt that I ordered fried noodles & beehoon and I woke up while the uncle was still cooking it in my dream. Til now I still can't help but to feel awful that I didn't even get to eat it, then the uncle's efforts would totally go down the drain.. It's absurd, I know. & that's the problem with me I guess- getting confused between dreams and reality.

Packing my bag for first day of work tomorrow and it feels like I'm preparing for my first day at primary school. &.. I dreaded attending school, hahaha sigh.

Outfit for work, checked. I guess all that's left would be to prepare the alarms & have an early night. Still feeling nervous from the shortest strand of hair on me head to the longest toenail and I hope I'll be able to fall asleep later. Actually painted my nails days back but I decided to chop all the nails off anyways.

I had a pretty good Sunday & all I'm hoping is, when I wake up tomorrow morning all will be just as lovely for the week ahead. If not, better. Oh bless me.

While most of me friends are brain-storming for ideas to celebrate their 21st next year, I have only just turned 20! Yay me.

It was.. well, an interesting 20th birthday spent with different people and I'm really thankful for everything (: Thankful for the sweet wishes via MSN/twitter/whatsapp/facebook/handphone/in person/pigeon post & vandalizing my wall with spray paint. Hahaha nah the last two didn't happen, but it'd be interesting to receive a birthday wish via pigeon post or parrot messenger actually!

Thankful for the gifts and everyone's efforts in making me fat with all the birthday treats! :') I went on the scale just now and thankfully I haven't exceeded 51kg. If not, my birthday wish would be for you all to become fatties, too!! Heehee.

My time-of-the-month decided to come 2 weeks (surprise surprise!) earlier to celebrate my birthday as well, but so sweet of it to pay me a visit a day later or else my 20th would be pretty ruined. Right now, as I'm typing all these I can feel my insides having a riot. Or rather, a party. Woooo ;) It's no wonder I'd serious outbreaks the past 2 weeks, was kinda panicking but now I get why.

It's Sunday tomorrow and I haven't decided if I should attend the BodyJam class since my time-of-the-month's here. I mean, it's gna be a terrible one-hour workout but.. I think about being fat and suddenly that doesn't matter. Plus, I sacrificed gym on Wednesday for a buffet dinner so I really need to lose those fats, sigh-aye-aye. Not to mention, a friend of mine just told me he's 45kg and I have never felt like a fatty this much until this moment. Boo.

New job starting this Monday and I am seriously experiencing pre-work jitters for the first time in my life. Okay prrroobbaaably because it's gna be my first perm job so I'm really freaking out more than usual. Can't actually remember if I was freaking out before I started my job @ Jurong East but I kinda doubt so since it was a freelance contract job. I'm like worried about everything in the world right now-

Worried that on Monday it will rain and then I have no brolly in my bag cus I don't have the habit of carrying a brolly around. Worried that on Monday my bus will break down and I'd be screaming FML. Worried that I will suffer from a terrible bad hair day & my outbreak worsens. Worried that I pick the wrong outfit for Monday. Worried that I'd run out of clothes to wear. Worried that I'd be fuhreezing cold in the office but I don't have a cardigan/sweater. Worried that I trip on me heels. Worried that I screw up on my first assignment/task.

Hahaha I need a lil bit of positivity, man. & hahaha I realised that though Momma & I found the way to my office, but we never explored how to make my way home after work. So on Monday, I think I might end up spending an hour or so roaming around and finding my way home. Wish me luck~ & well, I really should go get myself a brolly aaaannnddd a simple cardigan to keep myself warm during long bus-rides to work and at work itself.

I could go on and on and on but this post is getting reallllyyy wordy eh! Shall end off the post with photos taken at dinner with me family @ Buffet Town! It's the new international buffet restaurant located @ the basement of Raffles City and I'm glad I chose this over Todai! I love Todai very much but spending $360 for a family dinner just isn't that worth it. There's just tooooooo much to chose from @ Buffet Town it almost felt like paradise to me. & the food's really yums & fresh! I wna go there again someday~

Stupid Andy disappeared into his world of job-hopping throughout the past few months since graduation and we finally found time for a quick catch-up. Ah, I miss poly days sometimes. Not all of it, but there are bits and pieces of moments that we'll always think back and laugh about it.

Yet another accomplished day because:

1) I went for the Sh'Bam & Bodyjam launch @ Paragon!

2) Bought Vic his present + had a great dinner with the family (:

Totally enjoyed the 2 sessions though it was extreeeeemely tiring. Hahaha can feel that my legs are aching a lil & I really hope they'll hang in there! BodyJam (again) tomorrow, not getting sick of it at all ^^ Ah well, when work begins next month I can only attend.. the Wednesday night & Sunday noon classes already. Hopefully by then I won't become a fatty, hehehe :/

Dinnered @ Granny's because it's the awesomest (?!?!?) place to makan at I sweaaaarrrr. Not my Granny's place, Granny's! @ Raffles City's basement 1. It's all like 'tze char' kind of food at affordable prices & what's better is that it's actually yummier (?!?!?) than lotsa 'tze char' places hokays. 哪裡找，哪裡找?! Hahaha. Shihui ah Shihui we really should go there and eat like mad one day, it's really seeeedaaap pls ;)

Feeling accomplished today because I finally:

1) Bought the badges for tomorrow's Sh'Bam & Bodyjam launch @ Paragon's Fitness First! EGGGCITED.
2) Met up with Serenie to rant, gossip and bitch hahahha.
3) Satisfied Astons craving! (L)

Stupid bestie's got me roaming around 313 for 1hr plus because her work ended waaaaay later than planned hahaha. Got so tired of walking around in circles I ended up sitting by the bench near the atm machines for half an hour.

So glad to have met up with her today, really got to get some annoying things off my chest once and for all. Seriously... thankful for her, for my mum, for Yitshan & Shihui. Always always there to listen to me rants, even if it's because I'm over-thinking hahahaha.

Had quite a few good laughs over the meet-up because of some really stupid topics - flexible curve.. birthday wishes.. "autttoooograph book?!".. & annoying people who destroy lifes. Ah well, all these never get old. & it's good that everytime we meet there're always new updates ^^

Dinnered @ Astons because I so damn love their salmon! Super duper fresh, me likey (: Ordered a portion of spinach salad because it's the only veggie I take & thank goodness it was really all spinach leaves and bacon bits OM NOM NOM BACON, me looovvveee. Hm, actually craving for Mommeh's stir-fried spinach with triple eggs right now. Maybe I should pester her to cook it for me tomorrow night or something hehehe.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Hahaha, we do.

So yesterday, Momma & I finally took the bus down to Chinatown to estimate time taken to arrive at my workplace via a direct bus. Took the bus @ 7.30am, arrived right outside the office @ 8.30am and we began wandering around (like tourists). Nothing much to look at and explore since everywhere's closed still but it was nice just walking around.

I kinda like early morning road-trips though it's a lil tiring. Afterall, I woke up @ 5.45am just to shower before Don. But, well, it's not too bad just taking long bus-rides and walking around aimlessly early in the morning while the whole world gets busy. Maybe I should pick another morning to do this again (: Take long bus-rides, go on a food-hunt, take long walks, and end off the day taking a long direct bus home. YAY.

Momma bought me my advanced birthday gift today & I super duper luvvit... :') Vic bought me like a super gigantic pack of After Eight chocolates as my advanced birthday gift yesterday because I love chocolate mint hehehe. Quite funny cus he called Momma up and asked if he should get me the Super Junior album secretly then she just asked me on the spot if I wanted it. #Auntyspoiler

Sweet of him, but nah I don't need the album. I just want Siwon, oh oh oh or Minho from SHINee. Choi Minho has prolly the cutest smile, the sexiest voice and the most mesmerizing gaze. It's no wonder he's called Flaming Charisma. & now, I still hear his voice in my head hahahaha. Watched SHINee's Japanese version of Juliette and Replay on replay the entire morning and they're just.. wow. Even Momma was going gaga over them hahahaha. What to do, what to do?

Today seemed to pass me by exceptionally slow. As usual, my Sundays are dedicated to electone classes and gym sessions & they are the only reason why I love Sundays oh-so-very-much.

I'm still waiting for an update on whether I should head back to Jurong East this week for edits but well, I prolly should make a trip down one of the days this week to prepare the stuffs for next Wed's FINAL (yipee yay) shoot @ NYP. Can't be more thankful that it's just a few bus-stops away hahaha. Man, next week's the last week of September & it's also the busier week right before I begin my job. Ah well.. so I shall take use this week to do a lil preparation for everything I guess.

Have I ever complained how much of a mess my life is? So maybe there aren't many things going on in my life already, but they're all over the place already.

I'm supposed to be making a trip down to Chinatown early in the morning as planned like whut, 2 weeks ago? Hahaha but no I haven't managed to get me fat ass outta bed early in the morning yet. Tomorrow, I shall.

Looking forward to the next weekend, Sh'Bam & BodyJam launch @ Paragon's Fitness First on Saturday + electone, BodyJam & meeting the girls for ice-skating on Sunday! Ultimate fail.

So I found my way to the kitchen... got myself a serving of Meiji's Low Fat Yogurt... and handed it to Don. Hahaha and for me, I changed my mind and got myself -

Loser101, really! But well I swear it's so hard to resist the laksa ): What I like about Nissin's Laksa cup noodles is the taupok and dried shrimps. Come to think of it, this is the only cup noodles that I actually like. If this didn't have dried shrimps (which I super duper love, btw) I wouldn't be eating cup noodles.

Every time I have this it kinda reminds me of my first day of work with Rayche, when I dropped the entire cup of it even before I took the first mouth at work hahahahhaa damn loser x 100000000. Plus, my colleague's super fierce-looking (and she still is but she's a lot nicer after knowing her) so I thought I was going to die a horrible death. This incident is prolly something I would remember my whole life, hahaha.

So maybe I'll wake up tomorrow regretting having the cup noodles but for now, I don't really care hehehe. & well, I had a bottle of Honey Lemon to soothe the throat while torturing it. Doesn't really help, eh? Hahahaha.

Plus, I honored my word. Despite picking the laksa in the end, I still went to the fridge to get myself the mango-flavoured yogurt, hehehe #lifeofaglutton Some days I have this urge to change my blog url to gluttony--x.blogspot.com, hahaha.

Aaaahhh I better go on a diet or something tomorrow. I dreamt that I was 51.5kg (and woke up in cold sweat hahaha) and went on the scale - I'M REALLY 51.5KG ZOMG WHUTISTHIS. & no this is not the dream that I mentioned in the previous post wokays, hahaha tsk. Apparently 52kg's my ideal weight for my height but I really don't like numbers 50 and above, y'know y'know? :/

Oh, dammit.

But, well side-track, the mango yogurt's reaaaaaally good. Been a fan of Meiji's products and will always be (L)

Tonight's really warm (or maybe because I'm becoming fat, Idk) and I've got my track pants & the sleeves of my running tee all rolled up, kinda torturing myself if I'm gna sleep in me current attire tonight. What, it's Saturday already? Today felt like a typical weekday to me, actually.

Last night, I had a dream that was pretty similar to another one I had in January. Well, it was the one that started everything. Hahaha woke up and found myself thinking -

Feeling a lil hungry but with the sore throat I'm trying to avoid all my favourite food for the new few days. Mommeh was trying to tempt me with Old Chang Kee's sotong balls & chicken wings earlier in the evening, whadda wicked witch! Aaaaand.. my laksa-flavoured cup noodles is calling out to me really loudly right now, sigh ):

So today wasn't too bad.

A huge pat on my back for eating me greens this morning! Sandwiches for breakfast @ New York New York & I had my sandwiches with lettuce (: Kinda decided to take more veggies from now on, but well, a teeny weeny weeny teeny bit at a time hahahaha.

Then, noon was spent at the gym and I think my stamina has improved (: I've never tried being on the treadmill for more 2 hours straight to train for my runs, maaaaaaybe I should give it a shot soon.

Received an email saying that my electone books are on their way to SG already, excited! September's coming to an end in exactly 2 weeks' time and I really hope the books would be here soon for Project P. P for parents (L) Plus, doubt I'd be making any more purchases for the next few months so I ordered a Christmas book, too. ^^

I must say that til now, today's been good. I've come to realise that ultimate contentment is actually achievable when you simply learn to take things the way they are and go with the flow. No expectations, nothing. Because if it's meant to happen, it would. Someday. (Right, Shihui? Hahahaha.)

Firstly, apologies for the lack of updates! I can't really remember what I've been doing for the past 2 days apart from going to the gym and being a homely girl (as always~). Today marks the end of the The National School Games' studio recording, which means no more rushing to Jurong East by 8.30am! Fyeah~

But well I still have to go back for edits though, since I've got the closing ceremony to cover end of this month! Kinda happy that it'll be held @ NYP because it's only a few bus-stops away from home ;) Good opportunity to go back to school for super awesome Ayam Penyet @ Koufu with Rach & Hanisah hahaha (Y) Then crazy editting on 29th & 30th, I'm actually praying very hard I don't have to go back on the 30th. But, meh, I don't think it's gna happen since it's review. Whadda way to spend the end of the month, but it's k I guess. Don't really have time to spare for Jurong East after that since work's starting the week after.

Of all the mooncakes above, I still like MBS's double yolk mooncake best because the paste is soft and sweet enough and the salted egg yolk's really fresh. Yum, yum, yum.

My neighbour gave us one from.. Raffles I think? A lil too bland, me no likey. Oh & Vic's new girlfriend (I think?!?!?) bought us mooncakes too! So nice of her (:

Home-cooked Laksa for lunch today, superduper lovveeeeee.

So yesterday was spent meeting up with some of the former secondary school classmates, it's been a year since I met Xiuhui + Sili and 3 years since I last met Yihao! Hahahhaa it's really crazy, a lil awkward at first when he arrived but it wasn't too bad after that hehehe. It's so sad that a few other classmates couldn't make it though, hopefully they'd be less busy when we meet up again. Prolly sometime in late Oct, before the boys enter army I guess. But well, see how.

Supposed to meet up with me ladies for ice-skating too, then Zhijun for 2D1N and catch-up with Andy! TOO MANY THINGS TOO LITTLE TIME. Hahaha but wokays I shan't panic like how Serene did, as though we're entering the army hahahaha so funny that girl.

Yesterday it kinda felt like Saturday but today it feels like Friday to me. Kinda sad that yet another week is coming to and end but then again, Electone & Sh'bam tomorrow! #reasonstoloveSundays

Feeling a lil sour right now cus there're so many pple on twitter updating about SHINee's concert right now and I'm at home... blogging. Had a tight budget to manage when the tickets were on sale so I had to completely forget about going for the concert. Wasn't their fan until I was introduced to Lucifer aaaaand I started watching Hello Baby. & I was rly tempted to camp @ the airport this morning cus they were arriving at 6am but Mommeh thinks it's crazy (and it really is, lah) so I didn't go.

Ah well, next year. Hopefully, if they decide to come again. But I heard that Super Junior's coming for Super Show 4 next year, too? Because they're enlisting soon or something so this would be their last concert before going on a break. Quite frankly speaking, I would.. choose to go for Super Show if I'd to choose. BUT I REALLY HOPE I DON'T. On 31st December 2011, one of my resolutions would be to spend less and save more for SHINee & Suju's concert then, hahahhaa.

Supposedly heading to Orchard with Momma today but went home because my cramps came visiting me and it was oh-so-torturous }: I'm thankful I made it out of the MRT alive hahahha. Exaggerating but it's really painful like maaaaad. Plus, I had tea earlier today and so I'm going to go through hell til tomorrow. I'm forever envious of those girls who don't get cramps. WHY SO GOOD ONE?

I shall spend the next few hours lazing on me bed and catching korean variety programmes. Craving for chrysanthemum tea now but I'm not supposed to drink anything cooling for the next 5 days. Oh kill me.

So, work ended early (well, not quite actually) and I came back home straight since Mommeh cooked. Well, what could be better than home-cooked soup? YUM.

Gobbled up my first meal of the day in less than 15 minutes and I spent the rest of my time watching Running Man aaaaaannnddd eating the entire mooncake from MBS by myself. #likeaglutton Daddy's been giving us mooncakes ever since I told him the double yolk mooncake is super awesome. I superduper love egg yolks + mooncakes without the seeds! (Random thought: after using up the egg yolk, what do they do with the white?)

Momma and I are now left with the last box of mooncake, which we're gonna leave til Monday! Monday, Monday, mooncakes and tea on Monday~

So I went for gym and had a lil difficulty @ class cus of my right knee joint. Well apparently it was injured during my 16.8km run and I didn't really bother too much about it. Applied muscle rub and all that from time to time but it still hurts :/ Reading up on "Common running knee injuries" over the net now, hahaha hopefully it's nothing serious (:

.. holy shmokes it's raining. Times like this I always always wish I'd a pair of wellies, really! Mommeh said it's damn stupid to be wearing wellies in Singapore but waaaaiii? Aren't wellies for rainy days, & aren't there just too many rainy days in Singapore? :/

So earlier this morning, Daddy came and picked us up for dimsum breakfast @ Swatow Seafood Restaurant! Have I mentioned how much I love their dimsum? Hehehe. It's quite funny how Daddy works around Toa Payoh area but has never gone to that place. It's nice to have sucha restaurant located in the north and opening so early in the morning for residents to have affordable & yummy dimsum ;D ANG MO KIO WHY YOU NO OPEN ONE TOO HUH? :/

Ken was a lil shocked when I told him that the morning dimsum isn't like, buffet style. Luckily the dimsum aren't too pricey or else I'd avoid going for dimsum breakfast. I still prefer the $19.80++ dimsum buffet from 3pm to 5pm but it's only available on weekdays and everyone's beezee so.. MEH. I'd definitely go for the dimsum hi-tea before I start work in October.

I kinda enjoyed the breakfast, because it wasn't too awkward. Though the boys don't usually meet Daddy & stuffs but it was still alright (: Maybe I should try organising more of such from time to time. Maybe once a month or something.

Ken told me over breakfast to plan something for my birthday. Isn't it depressing, that I've to plan and organise something for my own birthday? Okay lah, & Victor's advance birthday, too. Hahaha Ken's such an asshole, really. But hahaha whatever lah, birthdays are always spent pigging our tummies out somewhere. I kinda already have in mind where to take the family to on my birthday. Of course, that's based on the valuable feedback Ken & Don have given. So well Ken just needs to be there, with his empty tummy and a credit card~

Today doesn't feel like a Saturday at all.

Maybe because I spent my morning until 4ish at Jurong East so it actually felt like any other working day. The office was really empty, but these days there aren't many in the office anyways. Maybe the only, only difference is that the canteen doesn't operate on weekends. Sad, I would've bought Nasi Lemak for breakfast. Super cheap & yummy! Hm maybe I shall get that when I go back on Monday morning. But then I haven't tried their Mee Rebus though I've always wanted to do so. MEH.

No Electone lessons tomorrow! & so dimsum breakfast with Daddy & zee boys hehehe. Supposed to have a father-daughter bonding meal with Daddy but I guess it'll make him happier to see his boys. Short one, fat one, skinny one too~

Haven't ran ever since my 16.8km run ended a week back. Now I feel heavy, clumsy and lazy. Although I said I should stop running on the treadmill, I'm still gna do it because that's why I pay the membership fee for - to fully utilise their facilities! If possible I would even spend an entire day there. Eat there, bathe there, sleep there. Heheheh, #auntyspirit

Haven't really gone to the gym that often lately ever since my frequent visits to Jurong East after the break. Well, when my full-time job starts in October it's gna be pretty much the same I guess. Or well, even worse. Gotta start planning my time and allocating slots of my day for gym sessions.

It just struck me (pretty randomly) today that I'm only 20. Nooooo wait a minute, I'm not even 20 yet. All these working life and stuffs have brainwashed me to think that I'm at least 22-23. Every single time I chat with the intern in the office I keep thinking I'm older than her by quite a bit. But it was only last year I was an intern like her, too. Come to think of it, it's so weird when I think about my career, future and dreams when I haven't fully lived two decades. So.. young.

But at the speed time's flying, soon enough I'd be complaining about realising how old I already am. Sigh, life.

As I've said yesterday, it's Friday but that doesn't really affect me that much. & expectedly, I gotta go back to Jurong East to make more changes tomorrow. Well, what's new?

Maybe due to the lack of sufficient sleep or maybe because today was just plain crappy, I actually had half an insane mind to jog to Jurong East from home tomorrow, starting @ 6+ in the morning since I might end up being lost! Was thinking about the route cabbie uncles usually take and kinda freaked out and dropped the idea instantly. Hahaha, I'm just thankful that the other half of my insane mind wasn't being that insane.. yet.

What's worse? Jogging to Jurong East or having to spend my Saturday @ Jurong East?

For a while I thought the answer was pretty obvious, just like how Don's maths teacher the class "3 apples and 3 apples, which is more?" but come to think of it, hahaha of course jogging to Jurong East is worse.

Everyone's talking about H&M's opening and how they're gonna be there today & tomorrow. Ken's going with one of his bestie & asked me to go along. Crazy much? Honestly.. I don't really get it, what's the big deal about this H&M opening and that people all have to rush down on the first day and squeeze around? It's not like H&M is going to disappear after tomorrow.. :/ This is kinda like.. when IKEA first opened in Tampines & when NEX just opened over in Serangoon. Oh & when ION & 313 Somerset first opened, too.

Saw some really nice outfits on the H&M Singapore website just a while back, but you wouldn't know if it's really that worth the amount until you see the material used and zee workmanship. Well I'll prolly check the store out with Mommeh towards the last two weeks of September & hopefully, by then the crowd would have subsided. But I highly doubt that, so either last two weeks of September or sometime later when it's more pleasant to shop without having to squeeze my way through, queue like mad to try-on clothes and queue like mad to pay, too. No hurry anyways, H&M won't run away.

Hehehe Mr. Brown said that H&M is the IKEA of clothes since it's from Sweden, well I guess while the whole world gathers there I shall head to IKEA to eat sometime soon. Craving chicken wings, meatballs and smoked salmon! I'm hungry.

Speaking of food, I'm a lil tempted to try the new Breakfast Deluxe Supreme meal from Macs because it's bacon but I'm also a lil hesitant because it's turkey bacon. I wonder if it's worth it, hm.
